We are experienced, qualified and BACP registered counsellors. We are here, for you, no matter who you are or where you are in your life.

Our journey began together during our training as Person-Centred counsellors. Coming from our own individual experiences of life, we were both drawn to counselling.

It has a unique way of providing clarity and unlocking the courage needed to connect with our own way of being. It enabled us to challenge ourselves and make sense of our worlds.

Neil Leow,

HDip. Couns. (Reg)MBACP

I work in a non-directive way, which means my client is at the centre of the therapy and is free to explore whatever it is they need to, with my support.

Whether it is the first time seeking therapy or not, I believe that building any kind of relationship takes time and trust.

Your journey with Neil

I offer a space in which I walk together with my client, with full acceptance of their way of being. With this, I firmly believe that clients can find the inner strength in order to cope and change what they want or need.

Neil’s experience

I am a qualified Person-Centred Counsellor and Psychotherapist, and a registered member with the British Association of Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

As a Person-Centred counsellor, my approach is focused around establishing a safe relationship that is nurturing, honest, non-judgemental, empathic and kind. It is within this space where clients are able to express themselves, or explore issues, thoughts and experiences in the here and now, or in the past.

Whether a client is feeling overwhelmed, experiencing anxiety or a mix of emotions, or the need to explore or express thoughts or feelings - by working together, we are able to achieve the clarity and courage to challenge whatever life may bring.

I work with a large variety of issues such as:

Anxiety, Depression, Trauma or Abuse (in the many forms it comes in; physical; emotional; sexual) Addiction, Self-Harm, Suicidal thoughts or Ideation, LGBTQI+ issues, Bullying, Identity Issues; Low Self-Esteem; Sexuality, Work Related Issues.
