We are experienced, qualified and BACP registered counsellors. We are here, for you, no matter who you are or where you are in your life.

Our journey began together during our training as Person-Centred counsellors. Coming from our own individual experiences of life, we were both drawn to counselling.

It has a unique way of providing clarity and unlocking the courage needed to connect with our own way of being. It enabled us to challenge ourselves and make sense of our worlds.
